French construction group Vinci Immobilier has signed a contract to build a new office complex for French telecom firm SFR in Saint-Denis, France.

Designed by Jean-Paul Viguier, the complex will consist of four buildings spanning a total usable area of 133,000m².

The complex will house a total of 8,500 work stations, 1,650 parking spaces, five restaurants, 1600m² of retail space, a conference centre with a 300-seat auditorium and sports facilities.

Vinci will execute the project in two phases beginning in mid-2011 and ending in mid-2015.

The first two buildings, with an area of 74,000m², will be completed by the end of 2013.

SFR’s new complex is expected to achieve BREEAM certification and will meet HQE and BBC French environmental standards.
