Greenland Group has revealed construction plans for the Wuhan Greenland Centre, to be located in Wuhan, China.

The building will be located in Wuhan’s business district Wuchang and will reportedly become the world’s third-tallest building and the chief high-capacity central space for the area.

The 606m Greenland Centre will occupy about 300,000m² of area and will feature art galleries, an art-themed lounge, a 360° screen viewing room and a top membership entrepreneurs club.

The building will also have a dining club, air lobby bar, a bird’s-eye view corridor, super 5 international gold star hotel, international serviced apartments, international 5A class office building, 100,000m² of space and a 10,000m² international conference exhibition centre.

Greenland Group claims that the centre is poised to become one of the world’s top-500 high-end commercial spaces and will build a top consumer platform as well as accelerate business operations.
