Skanska to Build $61m Office Building in Norway

Skanska has secured a contract from C5 Eiendom to build a new office building at Forus in Stavanger, Norway, for just over $61m. The project comprises a new head office with an area of more than 25,000m² for tenant Apply Sorco. The office building will be six storeys high

Skanska has secured a contract from C5 Eiendom to build a new office building at Forus in Stavanger, Norway, for just over $61m.

The project comprises a new head office with an area of more than 25,000m² for tenant Apply Sorco.

The office building will be six storeys high, with capacity for 1,000 new workplaces, parking spaces and service rooms.

Skanska has said that the construction of the project would commence in February 2012 and is estimated to be completed by 1 January 2014.
