US development Innovation Center at TCRD is planning $65m worth of building and infrastructure improvements in Richland’s Tri-Cities Research District (TCRD) in the US.

Innovation Center at TCRD, founded by investors Cal Cannon and Wayne Perry, owns about 90 acres in the research district and already has two office buildings underway.

The company plans to build two more buildings and some commercial development, and finish Innovation Boulevard, formerly called Q Street.

A second $4.5m, 17,000ft² building is under construction nearby, according to thenewstribune.com.
