The local council of Milton Keynes, UK, has reappointed Morgan Sindall to its £100m framework for major building works.

Projects within the framework include new-build and refurbishment schemes in education and general community buildings.

The company will compete against two other contractors in Lots 1 and 2, which cover schemes valued at £2.5m and more and those in the £350,000 to £2.5m range respectively.

The three-year framework, with a possible one-year extension, has a total anticipated spend of up to £100m.

The renewal of the agreement follows Morgan Sindall’s recent appointment to the Smarte East Alliance Framework in the east of England, where it will be competing in two of the three lots that cover a £500m programme of public building works over the next four years.
