Hudson Valley Wine Village is planning to develop a $300m mixed-use business and residential development, located between US Route 9W and the Hudson River on 428 acres in the Town of Lloyd in New York, US.

Tinkelman Architecture principal Steven Tinkelman has been named architect and chief planner for the redevelopment plan.

The multiphase project includes the construction of a hotel and conference centre, 400,000ft² of manufacturing space, housing for 950 families and 50,000ft² of retail and commercial space over the course of 20 years.
