Saratoga Springs Planning Board in New York, US, approved construction of a 46,000ft² mixed-use building in the middle of the downtown shopping district on the site of a public parking lot in Saratoga Springs, New York, US.

The structure will have four floors comprising of 11,500ft² of retail space on the bottom floor, the same size second floor for office space and 16 residential apartments on the top two floors.

The front of the building will have bike racks, planters, decorative sidewalk and light posts, and the Desert Storm Memorial currently near the entrance of the parking lot will be shifted.

The building will be 65ft, taller than surrounding structures.
