The steel-frame building is 192m tall and comprises 43 floors above ground and five floors below, with a total area of 5,082m².

The project was jointly designed by Xiamen Tuorui Corporation and Hongkong Kaida Global.

The designing company was led by two academics from the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Jiang Huancheng assumed the structural and electromechanical design while Rong Bosheng took the role of structure consultant.

The overall construction was handled by China Construction Forth Bureau.

The building incorporates energy-saving, environmentally friendly and low-carbon features in its design and passed the LEED rating for core and shell (LEED-CS).

The building will house the regional headquarters of Fuji Xerox, China Development Bank, Agricultural Bank of China and Savills.
