Worthington Group has submitted a £30m planning application to redevelop the Chatsworth Works site in Keighley, West Yorkshire, UK.

Under the proposals, the firm plans to build a hotel, a cinema complex, retail outlets, and housing and industrial units.

The £30m development plan includes a 1,000-seat cinema with seven screens, a 100-room budget hotel, 50,000ft² of industrial space including starter units and 100 houses and apartments of between one and four bedrooms.

The Chatsworth Works site was previously home to the 36 employees of West Yorkshire Spinners.
