Boyle Breaks Ground for Cool Springs Office Building

Boyle Investment has broken ground on a $35m, 175,000ft² building with underground parking in its Meridian Cool Springs development in Nashville, US.

The $35m project will include more than one million square feet of office space and 65,000ft² of retail space at the intersection of Carothers Parkway and Meridian Boulevard, according to bizjournals.com.

Duke Realty also plans to develop office space in Cool Springs with its Keystone Crossing at Cool Springs, a $30m, 180,000ft² mid-rise.

Work on both buildings is expected to be complete by August 2012.
