Royal Mail has submitted a plan to develop a mixed-use project in Nine Elms, east Battersea, London, UK.

The application includes outlines for the scheme’s master plan and detailed designs for the new buildings.

The mixed-use scheme, spread across 13 acres, will include 1,870 homes and a new primary school and will also provide space for retail, commercial and leisure facilities.

The proposal for the site, which is currently used as a mail centre, has been designed by Allies & Morrison Architects.
