CS&P Secures Design Contract from University of Windsor

CS&P Architects has secured a contract from The University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, to provide design services, renovate the armouries and carry out renovation work on the Windsor Star building. The university plans to move its music and visual arts academic programmes downtown

CS&P Architects has secured a contract from The University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, to provide design services, renovate the armouries and carry out renovation work on the Windsor Star building.

The university plans to move its music and visual arts academic programmes downtown to the historic Windsor Armouries building.

In addition, the university is considering converting the landmark Windsor Star building for use by the School of Social Work’s academic programme and the university’s Centre for Executive and Professional Education.

Design work on the project will begin immediately.

The university will receive C$10m from the city of Windsor and C$15m from the province of Ontario to carry out the project.
