Architects in India have revealed a plan to build a space station-like building in Kolkata, which will be entered into the architecture competition during the World Architecture Festival (WAF) in Barcelona later this year.
The building will be named Atmosphere, and will have 80 housing units.
The building will feature large terraces off the main façade, provide considerable outside space for each home and special panels carrying mobile reflective disks will be scattered across the building’s mesh finish.
The building will also include an indoor putting green, according to dailymail.com.
Other futuristic designs revealed for world architecture competition include a clam shell and a long chocolate ribbon design.
