Inland American begins work on mixed-use student housing development in California

Inland American Communities Group has begun construction on University House Fullerton, a green point-rated, mixed-use student housing development with retail space in California, US. The plans for University House Fullerton include 358,000ft² of residential space, 350 apartment

Inland American Communities Group has begun construction on University House Fullerton, a green point-rated, mixed-use student housing development
with retail space in California, US.

The plans for University House Fullerton include 358,000ft² of residential space, 350 apartment units and a seven-storey covered garage with over 1,400 parking spaces.

The main level of the building will contain retail, dining and entertainment.

The mixed-use project also includes 30,000ft² of main street retail space to serve the university’s 35,000 students.

University House Fullerton is scheduled to open in the summer of 2013.
