Xingtai Bureau of Urban Planning in China has given planning permission to Kirin International Holding to commence construction of a residential mixed-use development in Xingtai, China.

The project, which covers a land area of over 290,000m² and a total building area of approximately 450,000m² includes a residential development with some mixed-commercial-use development.

The first phase of residences are expected to be delivered by the end of 2012 while the final phase will be delivered in January 2015.

Construction work on the project is expected to start in September 2011 and completion is slated for the last quarter of 2014.
