Nestlé Waters North America’s headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, US, has secured LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council.

The company carried out renovations at the building with CPG Architects taking charge of the redesign and Pavarini leading the construction.

The building’s green features include a white roof to reduce use of heating and air conditioning, a low-energy / high-efficiency lighting system and low-flow water fixtures in bathrooms.

It also includes recycling in locations such as kitchens and coffee bars, preferred parking spaces for low-emission vehicles, and high recycled content on furniture, fabrics, countertops, carpet and ceiling tiles.
