Skelton Group Investments has unveiled plans for a £120m regeneration project, named Coseley Eco Park, in Coseley, West Midlands, UK.

As part of the 66-acre site redevelopment in Coseley, the plan includes 200 new homes, a food store, retail warehouse and a specialist shop.

The developers are also plan to build a new recycling centre, a civic amenity site, a full-size football pitch, and a new community hall as part of the project.

Skelton Group is planning to submit the plans to Dudley Council for approval. If the scheme is given the go-ahead, construction work is expected to start in early 2013.
