Genting Malaysia (GENM) has unveiled a $3bn (RM9.27bn) master plan designed by architecture firm Arquitectonica for its Resorts World Miami development in the US.
The ten-million-square-foot mixed-use project, which will feature iconic skyscrapers with designs inspired by a coral reef, will include four hotels with a total of 5,200 rooms, two residential towers and a 3.6-acre rooftop lagoon.
The two residential towers will sit atop an eight-storey podium with 250,000ft² of retail space, including more than 50 restaurants, lounges, bars and nightclubs, as well as a multimedia entertainment area.
The project also features 700,000ft² of convention and meeting space, including a 200,000ft² column-free ballroom.
