UK architect AukettFitzroyRobinson has been given the green light to go ahead with a £8.5m office which will be part of ‘New College Campus’ in the south of England.
The 6,500m² office will be built on behalf of Linden Homes on The Avenue in Southampton – on a main road in a conservation area.
The architect and interior design group will create three pavilions between three and four storeys which will link domestic Victorian villas on one side to a church on the other.
Glass, steel, timber and pale sand-coloured terracotta panels will be used as part of the construction.
