Developer Antonios Projects SAL has officially launched the 200m-tall Sama Beirut mixed-use project, Lebanon's tallest tower

The 50-storey project, located in the Sodeco area close to the airport and Downtown Beirut, will comprise shops, offices and a six-storey underground parking and storage area with 560 parking bays.

In addition, it will also consist of residential apartments ranging from 300m² to 1,500m², with various amenities including a private sports club.

The project is designed by architects Elie and Randya Gebrayel from the Erga group and is expected to be complete in 2014.
