Aedas Submits Plans for Birmingham Tower

Architecture practice Aedas has submitted plans for a 56-storey tower for Regal Property Group in Birmingham, UK. The 198.75m high-rise project will cost £125m. The tower will be built on Broad Street and will comprise three floors of residential apartments with 256 serviced apart

Architecture practice Aedas has submitted plans for a 56-storey tower for Regal Property Group in Birmingham, UK.

The 198.75m high-rise project will cost £125m.

The tower will be built on Broad Street and will comprise three floors of residential apartments with 256 serviced apartments and a 289-room five-star hotel.

The tower will feature a retail frontage, automated parking, a roof terrace and winter garden on the 52nd floor and a lower skybar providing dining.

Construction work is scheduled to commence as early as 2010 and completion is expected in 2013.
