Britian’s Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA) has scrapped the framework that backed small architectural practices to bid for 2012 Olympics schemes.

Over two years, the ODA laid out a framework to encourage up-and-coming architects to work on up to 50 more-modest Olympic schemes such as kiosks, street furniture and utility buildings.
