Sergison to Revamp Dockland Site into a Business Park

UK practice Sergison Bates will revamp the industrial area of Dagenham Docks in to a business park, which will be called the London Sustainable Industries Park (LSIP).

Revamping of the 142ha business park will take place over a 30-year period, and will feature a 16,000m² plant and a new 3,500m² institute for sustainability.

The park will be a joint venture between Vogt Landscape Architects, Martin Stockley Associates, and Price and Myers.

The first phase planning application for the infrastructure and landscape design may be submitted in January 2010.
