The winning proposal has been designed for developer Aby Rosen.

The 108ft-high building is clad in light scrim.

This is the third design scheme that has been approved by the New York City Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC).

LPC rejected Foster's first scheme, which featured a 30-storey glass high rise and second scheme, which featured a five-storey development.
