UK practice Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios has completed the new arts and humanities complex for Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK.

The £50m building covers an area of 33,528m² of new teaching and office space, as well as 240 student rooms.

The 23-storey tower is clad in Cor-Ten steel, and is deep red in colour.

The project is sited on the former BBC North headquarters and was known as Broadcasting House.

The project also involved refurbishment and preservation of the Grade II listed building.

A new Baptist church on the site is also expected to be unveiled later this month.
