Peddle Thorp and James Cubitt Architects has unveiled the designs for the 'Caboolture Town Square' in Brisbane, Australia.

The $25m scheme that incorporates the principle of transparency will include a library, art gallery and learning centre.

The lower level spaces can viewed through the void areas in the floor.

Three spines were also developed in consultation with Morton Bay Council. The spines support the library, art gallery and learning centre and have façades facing to the north and south.
