The proposed Dexus Estate Industrial Park at Greystanes in Sydney, Australia, has received planning approval from the New South Wales Government.

The $150m park will feature 220,000m² of warehouse space and 21,000m² of office space, and will transform the former quarry into a modern building.

The industrial park is expected to create up to 800 construction jobs and accommodate 2,000 workers. It will also have a new improved transitway along reconciliation drive.

Preliminary construction will begin in early 2010.
