BDP Edinburgh Centre Plans Approved

Plans by Building Design Partnership (BDP) for a project near Edinburgh International Conference Centre in Scotland have been approved. The $138m (£85m) scheme will include a 2,000sqm hall, while an existing building and eight-storey office block will be extended. Plans were,

The $138m (£85m) scheme will include a 2,000sqm hall, while an existing building and eight-storey office block will be extended.

Plans were, however, criticised by architect Terry Farrell, whose own scheme for the plot was abandoned in 2007 for financial reasons.
