The scheme will feature a 25-storey mixed-use tower with outer corners carved into 'scallops' to provide a distinct appearance.

The tower offers views over the Emirates Stadium and comprises 88 five-bed student apartments and ten studios.

The development also features a double-height penthouse common room with mezzanine and external terrace, and a restaurant and bar on the 23rd floor.

The scheme is part of the 'Arsenal on the move' regeneration scheme which includes a landscaped public realm and commercial units set in converted railway arches.
