The UK Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) has criticised the second phase of the development of Ferrier Estate in Kidbrooke, UK.

The scheme is being delivered by Berkeley Homes, which is reworking its second-phase plans for the £1bn ($1.64bn) regeneration scheme designed by Scott Brownrigg and PRP.

The planning application for the second phase was submitted late last year by Berkeley, who expects an approval by the end of February.

CABE criticised the 629 new homes proposed in the plan for being too boring.
