IBM’s Tivoli software and Johnson’s energy-efficient technologies aim to monitor and manage power usage, and optimise environmental performance and operational efficiencies across a single building or an entire portfolio of buildings.

IBM is a technology and IT consulting corporation, while Johnson Controls is a manufacturer of products that optimise energy use in buildings.
