Italian practice StudioDosi has unveiled designs for a sustainable office building in Leeds, UK, following a local design competition.

The 2,260m² office scheme features a 360m² public space which is suspended from above.

The building will be covered with green see-through walls, leaving the ground level free for circulation.

The design features innovative facade treatments and will add roof-top solar panels to provide renewable electricity.

The scheme also offers natural ventilation and rainwater harvestation for irrigation and other non-sanitary uses.
