The seven-storey scheme features a retail and dining precinct on street level, and 28 residential apartments with a landscaped garden and communal retreat on the fifth level, according to architectureanddesign.com.au.

Built on a base of granite, the building has aluminium screens for sun shading, and is equipped with two separate and secure residential entrances, lobbies and lifts.
