KEO International Consultants has completed the designs for the Diyar Al-Kuwait mixed-use development at Lusail in Qatar.

The $800m, 70,000m² project is located on a waterfront site and will feature 130,000m² of office space, 30,000m² of retail space and 640 residential units as well as 27 four-bedroom townhouses and 4,070 basement car park spaces.

The three office towers comprise 25 to 29 storeys, and are located in the northern portion of the site near the main street.

The retail spaces will be located in the north of the site flowing from west to east, while connecting the office tower lobbies with several drop-off courts to the office buildings and mall.

The waterfront-facing residential spaces clad in stone, metal, and glass will be lined along the eastern and southern portion of the site, above the townhouses on the podium level, giving them a floating appearance, reports tradearabia.com.
