The design for the 33,000m² National Ecology Centre, located in Seocheon Province, South Korea, has been unveiled by UK practice Grimshaw Architects.

Samoo Architects and Atelier Ten will collaborate with Grimshaw Architects on the project, which is similar to the UK’s Eden Project, according to bdonline.co.uk.

The scheme features a string of arched biome enclosures arranged sequentially, aquariums, exhibition halls, a 3D theatre, restaurants, a rooftop garden and an outdoor eco-park.
