Brazilian architect Felipe Campolina has designed a futuristic skyscraper of mobile living units with green features.

The modular living units include a steel frame structure, oriented strand board (OSB) walls and floors, and thermo-acoustic insulation.

The tower has been designed as an empty metallic structure, equipped with rails on each floor on which mobile units are stacked.

Each floor will house six independent units, which can easily be inserted or removed, according to ecofriend.org.

The individual units are equipped with tempered glass, green roofs and walls. The tower is also equipped with a water recycling system to reduce the use of freshwater.
