The observation deck at the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, Dubai, has reopened two months after being closed due to a lift malfunction.
The lift breakdown left several visitors trapped over 120 storeys above ground level. The cause of the lift failure has not been identified yet.
Designed by Chicago-based Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, and built by Emaar Properties, the Burj Khalifa is 2,217ft tall.
The tower houses the observation deck on the 124th floor and features an outdoor terrace bordered by guard rails.
Two lifts are used to ferry people up to the observation deck, according to Associated Press.
