UK practice Studio Seilern Architects has unveiled the designs for a new mixed-use development in Mayfair, London.

The proposed Whitehorse Street development will feature a park within the building in an attempt to create more green spaces in the area.

Included in the design are high-end residential apartments, a hotel and retail facilities.

The design features a building raised above ground level allowing the creation of a large garden at lobby level, which will serve as a base for a vertical garden extending through the upper-level terraces.

The residential buildings will feature internalised façades, exterior terraces and garden frontages.

An underground parking facility will serve as an entry point to the site.

Construction will be complete by May 2012, according to glam.com.
