Construction company Skanska has unveiled plans to build the first LEED-certified office building in Wroclaw, Poland. The €22m ($268.8m) scheme will be built in an area of 12,000m², which will include two ten-storey buildings, comprising a total of 25,000m² upon completion.

The property, known as Green Towers, is scheduled to be complete in 2012.
