UAE-based developer, Marsa Al Nejoum Real Estate, has unveiled the master plan of the Nujoom Islands project in Sharjah, UAE.

The Nujoom Islands are a cluster of natural islands located on the coastline of Al Hamrya.

The master plan of phase one has been approved by Sharjah Department of Survey and Planning and major infrastructure works, including dredging works and all water canals, have been completed.

The 60 million square feet green water-front project will include ancillary and community services including schools, retail shops, entertainment facilities and a five-star hotel and a mosque.

Designed by Creative Kingdom and QHC Architects and Engineers, the first phase of the project is being developed with a 2.5km Corniche, according to Alba Waba news agency.

Marsa Al Nejoum Real Estate is the development arm of Al Hanoo Holding.
