The new Bennetts Associates Architects 28,000m² hotel scheme, the City Inn Amsterdam in the Netherlands, has topped out.
The €63m ($79.8m) hotel is designed around a courtyard, with two public floors beneath nine levels of bedrooms. It is based on the practice’s City Inn Westminster in the UK.
The hotel is located near the central station and is part of Amsterdam’s Eastern dock island regeneration project, masterplanned by Erik van Egeraat Associates, according to bdonline.co.uk.
