German industrial contruction company HAGA has completed façade works on the proposed £100m ($152.5m) Cube in Birmingham, UK.
Designed by Make architects, the building was inspired by the jewellery and engineering heritage of the city.
Its façade features 20,000 panels that are a mix of gold, silver and bronze anodised aluminium panels and glass, according to architectsjournal.co.uk.
The project is now being funded by Lloyds, as the developer, Birmingham Development Company, went into administration in April 2010.
