Irvine Bay Regeneration Company is seeking an architect to design the master plan for the proposed mixed-use scheme at Ardrossan Quayside in Scotland, UK.

Facing Ardrossan Marina, the 6,880m² scheme will include 2,000m² of office space, 200m² of retail space, 100m² of restaurant space and a 50-room, three-star hotel, according to urbanrealm.co.uk.

Deadlines for submissions is set for 14 May, with shortlisted companies being invited to tender documentation on 28 May.
