Work on the new headquarters for Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in Helsinki, Finland, will begin soon.
The €27.8m ($35.2m) building, called Skanska House, will be delivered by Skanska Finland.
The 9,100m², eight storey project will comprise of a central atrium with three basement floors for parking and other purposes.
Designed to achieve LEED platinum certification, the project will employ many energy and water efficient strategies.
The building is expected to be complete in 2012.
The project is the first phase of four office buildings that are planned along Mannerheim Street in the city.
Skanska is a construction company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
