New York-based Polshek Partnership Architects will head the planned renovation of the Cincinnati music hall in the US.

The $100m scheme will involve making the hall more open and to integrate with the neighbourhood buildings.

The scheme will retain its historical integrity while improving parking space and building a smaller venue within the building for Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra performances.

Work is expected to begin in 2012 and will be complete in 2013, according to kypost.com.
