The new structure is touted to be the largest building of its kind in the world and is being considered for entry into the Guinness book of world records.
The school project is an initiative of a charity, Philippine Community Fund, which plans to help educate children working on waste dump sites.
The scheme received £8,000 ($11,892) in funding from boutique wealth manager London & Capital.
