Daniel Libeskind has unveiled designs for the Jewish Museum extension in Berlin, Germany.

The €10m ($12.7m) extension will be located opposite the museum's current site in the German capital.

Housed in a large warehouse, the extension will feature three cubes: one for the entrance, one for a library and a third for an auditorium.

The new extension is expected to open in 2011, according to Agence France-Presse.
