Revised plans for a proposed 56,250-seat football stadium in the UK, as part of the Northumberland Development Project, will be submitted this week to Haringey Council for approval.

Designed by KSS Architects, the revised plans for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club's new ground will see a larger public square on a raised podium and new designs for a hotel and residential buildings.

It will also incorporate an active courtyard retaining historic buildings and continuity of buildings along the High Road, as well as a club museum and megastore.

Revised plans are the culmination of consultation with the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment, English Heritage and other agencies.

The previous application received backing from the local community in 2008, according to goal.com.
