Architect Frank Gehry has designed the sculptural $100m Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, US.
The design splits the complex into two separate wings.
A four-storey structure to the north features a collection of stacked boxes in white stucco and glass, which will accommodate offices, rooms and research space.
The second complex to the south looks across an open-air courtyard and features a single-room event space covered by an undulating stainless-steel roof.
A narrow interior breezeway covered by a sagging steel canopy will connect the two wings.
