Foster + Partners, in collaboration with Wong Tung & Partners, has designed a harbour terminal building for cruise ships at Kai Tak Airport in Hong Kong.

The €490m ($592m) building will feature a three-storey open-plan landscaped structure without columns.

The building will be delivered by Dragages Hong Kong, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction.

The complex is expected to be complete by 2013.
